Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located at 4735 Sharon Road, Charlotte, NC 28210. Our studio is inside the Terraces at SouthPark shopping center, a beautiful and convenient location for your wellness needs.

Q: Where is the best place to park?

A: You have two excellent, complimentary options:

1. Surface Parking Lot: For the most direct access, you can park in the surface lot directly in front of the Terraces at SouthPark building. This is a great option for quick and easy entry.

2. Covered Parking Garage: For protection from the elements or if the front lot is busy, we recommend the attached parking garage.

Q: How do I get into the parking garage?

A: The main entrance to the multi-level parking garage is on the south side of the building. After you turn into the Terraces at SouthPark from Sharon Road, simply drive straight ahead and bear slightly to the right to enter the garage.

Q: Is parking free?

A: Yes! Parking is completely free for all clients of Synergy Massage SouthPark. There is no charge for using either the surface lot or the covered parking garage.

Q: Is the building handicap accessible?

A: Yes. Handicap accessible parking spaces are available in the surface lot near the main entrances. The parking garage is also equipped with elevators for easy, accessible entry into the building.

Q: I have an appointment during a busy time. Will I be able to find a spot?

A: Absolutely. Between the large surface lot and the multi-level parking garage, there is always ample parking available for our clients, even during the shopping center's peak hours. We recommend the parking garage for the most guaranteed availability.
